Pelican Perch is fully furnished to accomodate 8+ people. You will find sheets, towels and everything you need for cooking your own meals if you decide not to enjoy one of several local restaurants.

Upstairs there is a full kitchen, living room, dining area, bathroom and a separate bedroom with one full bed and a queen size bed. The living room has a trundle bed that sleeps two and also a couch. There is a stereo, CD player and cable TV with VCR in the upstairs area.

The "bunkroom" downstairs has two sets of bunk beds with its own bathroom, a small refrigerator, coffee maker, clothes washer and dryer. The bunkroom is also furnished with cable TV/VCR and radio.

Outside you will find a shower to rinse off the sand when you come back from the beach, a lighted parking spot for your boat (if it's not too large), a BBQ grill and enough parking space for two to three vehicles.

The back yard has many nice shade trees and can be a pleasant place to watch birds or just sit and relax.
